Funny thing about it is that it is not marketed as such. This is neither an old wive’s tale or an urban myth. It sounds gross, but I swear this is the absolute truth.

You know those puffy bags under the eyes that we tend to get as we age? Just the other day a respected plastic surgeon right here in Boulder told me what to use to lessen the inflammation.

Now, every major cosmetics brand carries some sort of cream, lotion, or gel that claims to alleviate puffiness around the eyes.
